The pullulan soft capsule exhibits high oxygen barrier properties and impact resistance, good quality stability, is not easily brittle, has stable disintegration indicators, is not easily hydrolyzed, and does not develop a hazy or yellowing surface after prolonged storage. The raw materials used are purely plant-based, completely avoiding potential contamination from animal proteins. The capsule has a lower water content than gelatin capsules, making it more suitable for filling hygroscopic drugs and aldehyde-containing drugs, and has broad market prospects and practical value.
